Having served as a Assistant Crown Attorney, Francesca has insight from both sides of criminal cases.
From 2006 to 2016, Francesca served on the Ontario Review Board which reviews the status of people found to be not criminally responsible on account of a mental disorder or unfit to stand trial for criminal offences.
Ms. Yaskiel was the assistant head of criminal procedure for the Bar Admission Course at the Law Society of Upper Canada from 1996-2005.
